Pause: A Visual Intermezzo

The Scharpenberg Gallery, located in the historical Lincoln Square DANK-HAUS building, 4740 North Western Avenue in Chicago presents the premier exhibition, Pause: A Visual Intermezzo. Featuring the art of Susan Barton, Ed Ott, Eva Rossi-Kivimaki, Anwar Sheikh, Cyd Smillie and Lothar Speer, the exhibition exudes visual respite through painting, drawing and glass. A preview exhibition was coordinated in conjunction with a performance of Vivaldi's, "Gloria", May 4th, at Bach and Beyond's, Spring Choral and Orchestral Concert.
Opening reception for the exhibition is, Friday, June 20th, from 6-9pm.
Regular gallery hours are Saturdays, June 21st-August 30th, from 11-3pm or by appointment during the week.
